What is the Widest Rim i could use before having to tub the car?

 

Most people take it up to 11.0" on the back, with a 45-50mm offset. That leaves you with minimum clearance between the inner edge of the tire and the inner fender liner, and just barely keeps the outer edge of the tire under the very edge of the fender. Might be able to squeeze in an 11.5" wide wheel..... but I haven't actually seen anyone do it.
