Where to get 17" torq thrust II's

Ok i searched and found summit and the tire rack has them is this the only places? I looked on e-bay and they had nothing. I'm looking to get 17x9.5 for the front and 17x11 in the back for my 96 formula. And is there anyplace that sells them as a package with wheels and tires?
