Torq Thrust I and Torq Thrust II???

Ok, so I just went to Sears Auto to buy some Torq Thrust II's. My current rims are messed up so I want the rims ASAP. They said the II's would take 4 - 6 weeks to get cuz the 17x9.5's had to be custom made. So they said I could get the Torq Thrust I's instead which are the same basically. So I went ahead and ordered em.

So, I can't find a SINGLE picture or someone who says they have them, so I just wanna make sure they're the same thing or similar.

Anyone got a pic of Torq Thrust I's?

17 X 9.5's do not have to be custom made. Those are standard sizes for the Torque Thrust II's.
And I have never heard of Torque Thrust I's? I don't even see them listed on American Racing's website.
Go back, cancel your order with Sears, and either buy them from a place that knows what they are talking about, or buy them directly from American Racing. After all, you will be paying enough for them, you should get what you want, not what the guy at Sears tells you you should get.

Here's a link for you

Bastards, they told me they were exactly the same. I've seen the 6 spoke ones and they're freakin ugly!

Is there a place to order TTII's online?

Yeah, you can order them from www.wheelsforless.com , www.americanracing.com , or you could buy them from a knowledgable wheel shop. But chances are you could find them cheaper online. Good luck.

Sears morons. I ordered them from wheelsforless.com late last night, and asked them if they could get them here ASAP since my current rims are cracked. I got an email back this morning saying they would expedite my order for no extra charge and it will be here Monday the 17th, as opposed to them not even being here till the 26th w/ Sears.

Good choice, but why not go with 18's? Is it because you want to use your current tires?

I do believe torq thrust 1's (aka torq thrusts) are just the old school version which has been around forever. You see them on old school muscle cars. They are chrome and I don't think they come in sizes bigger than 15 inch.
