wheels and tires

Hey guys I have a 1998 camaro convertible. I ordered the Ruff Racing Wheels 278 the wheels size is

Front Size: 18x8.5
Rear Size: 18x9.5
Bolt Pattern: 5x120
Front Lip Size: 2-3/4"
Rear Lip Size: 3-1/2
Front Offset: +35
Rear Offset: +45

The tire size is 245 40 18 F
275 40 18 R
My question is, Do I have to do anything to the suspension of the car?

Thank-you

Bolt Pattern: 5x120 - Incorrect bolt pattern, that's for BMW's. You want 5x120.65 Keep an eye on the lugs, and make sure they don't loosen over time.

The tire size is... 275 40 18 R - diameter is 1" larger than the front tire, and 1" larger than the stock tire size (if you had the Z-rated tires.... hard to tell, since we don't know if its a V8 or V6). You may need to correct the speedo via PCM programming.

My question is, Do I have to do anything to the suspension of the car? - No.
