What size were the original rims for a 1969 Camaro Z/28

I have a 1969 Z/28 Camaro and it does not have a spare tire. I want to order a rim but I don't know if I should order the 15 x 7 with 4 1/2" backside or the 15 x 8 with with 4" backside. I know that the car should have come with E70 x 15 tires.

I have F70 x 15 in the front and G70 x 15 in the rear and the wheels scrap the wheel well in the front when I make a sharp right turn. I will no doubt go back to the E70 x 15 when its time to replace them but I want to get a spare now. How do I know what size rim to buy?

According to the Camaro White Book, the 69 Z28 package included 15x7 wheels with E70-15 white letter tires.
