What needs to be done to fit stock z06 on f-body?
What needs to be done to fit stock z06 wheels on f-body?
Just like the topic says, what needs to be done to fit the stock 18 X 10.5 wheels on the rear?
Will the 17 X 9.5's go on with no problem in the front?
Also, a little off topic but, you may have noticed a sale of charcoal z06 rims in the for sale section and according to the seller they have about 1" of curb rash on one of the fronts. Could that be fixed for relatively cheap?
Oh and a couple more things, will charcoal z06 rims look ugly on a red camaro?
How costly is it to get them dipped in chrome or whatever they may do?
And any other advice and tips you could give me would be great.
Thanks in advance,
Bob

By looking at this thread: http://web.camaross.com/forums/showt...hreadid=256767 , It looks like there is a mixed opinion on them.
From your post it looks like you can eventually get them to fit with extensive hammering of the inner fenderwell. How much added space do you have to make? I would rather not use spacers, seeing as you don't recommend them. But if thats what I have to do...
Do you happen to know if the wheels will stick out of the wheel well at all?

This might help a bit..

I think you also have to hammer in the "edge" that is shown (not hammered) in this pic:

But again, you will have to verify.

Some relatively decent pics are here:

If you are DEFINITELY getting the wheels, just hammer as you need to after you do some test fitting.

FYI, I just had black Z06 repro put on my 99Z. 825/40/17.9.5 on all 4 corners with no problem. I didn't go w/ springs b/c I wanted to make sure they would fit w/ no problems first before getting the springs. Oh, they look GREAT
