What is causing my pulling problem?

Ok, I have this increasing worse problem with my tires! What is going on is when I'm driving and I change lanes the car wants to dart off to the left or to the right VERY FAST which causes me to recorrect the other way and then I'm recorrecting it again the other way untill the car stablizes. I've had it at the dealership twice now and they have noted a QUICK response. Everything has been checked out and they said it's fine?? The only thing that they think could be the problem are the tires. Stock the car came with 16 inch rims. I've upgraded to 17 GM SS rims and went to a 285/45/17 Goodyear GS-D3 F1 tire. The tires are mounted in the correct (directional) way also. They said all bushings were ok also?? Could it be the sway bar?

Bigger tires tend to follow the curves, bumps, and imperfections in the road. 285s are pretty dang wide. C5 Z06s only have 265s.

the stock SS tires are 275/45/17 I didn't think that going up one size would cause such a issue. Can the bushings or anything else be replaced up front to tighten it up some more for better handling?
