Weld Alumastar/Magnum BS

I know some people have put these wheels on cars with narrowed rears, but I just found out that they make a 15x9.25 with a 6" backspace. How close would they come to fitting correctly on a stock-width rear (4th gen-LT1)? Anybody know?

How about the fronts? Would it just require a spacer just like the ProStars and Draglites?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

That combination will give you approximately a 4" "frontspace". The wheel in this picture has a 3.25" frontspace. That means the 9.25" 6" BS wheel would stick out about 3/4" farther, assuming you put a slick with similar dimensions on it (11.5" section width on a 9.25" wheel).

Thanks Fred! I guess I could have figured that out, but my brain isn't working too well today!

So that means that they would fit similar to the way a Telstar fits on our cars, correct?

They make a 5.5" BS Telstar that would fit the same as my wheel, above. A 5.0" BS Telstar would stick out about 1/2" more than the photo.
