According to the data I have from an old issue of VETTE magazine, the 97-99 C5 wheels were:
18x9.5 61mm offset - rear
17x8.5 56mm offset - front
Those will fit on a 4th Gen, but they will sit slightly deep into the wheel wells. Should not rub an onything though.
