I have a very stipud question regarding tires. Are tires with whitewalls any better than those without? Are they more expensive?
I usually see whitewall tires on Crown Vics, Grand Marqs, Lincolns, Caddys, cars like that, the "granparent cars". Any info would be appreciated!

 

Nope, same as any other cheap tire. Alot of cheap tires come with white walls on one side. That way people can flip em around if they don't want them or vis versa.

 

Whitewalls are for old geezers and the ghetto.

The only place I've seen whitewalls that looked good were on an old rod or restored car from the 40s and earlier.

Its called a sense of humor. Its also called freedom of speech. Both of which you are using when you degrade a race of people by using the term Injun in your name.

Personally, I 'm part Cherokee and couldn't careless about Injun or other names, but many could and do take offense from it even though you are tribal yourself.

So are you going to change your name now? Probably not. Does this mean you are a biggot? I don't think so. You also have a Pontiac which is the name of a Cheif. There are many levels to it, and IMO it takes a small mind to just stop at the offensive one.

I've made comments that could be directed at myself before too. Does this make me predjudice against middled aged red Camaro owners too? I just see humor in things instead of looking for a reason to get offended. Thats why I laugh when people make the usual mullet headed Camaro driver comments.

Here is how I look at it. YOU are in control of YOUR emotions. If YOU get offended, YOU just let someone gain control.

BTW, I do have some black in my ancestry. Its waaay back but its there. And I 'll be an old geezer before I know it too. But I'm just predjudice I guess.

Injuneer, how can you call yourself an "old geezer" when Greed4Speed did not say exactly what age he considered an "old geezer" and Dictionary.com defines "old geezer" as "an elderly man." I believe you're in your 40s (correct me if I'm wrong), which most do not consider "elderly."

There is the other part of my ancestry that fought for the Confederacy and many are Germanic too. So maybe I should like white walls.

The more geneology my sister does the more of a mut I find I am.
And seeing how I'm in my mid 30's, 40's or even 50's aren't too far off. I'm thinking someone mistook me for a young buck that isn't quite as mixed.
