Understeer problem...
Understeer problem...
Ok, on my 97 Z28 I have 18x9.5 in the rear and 17x9 in front. If I could do it again I would put 9.5 or 10 all the way around and same diameter, but I got a really good deal on these wheels several years ago when I bought them from my work. So, anyways, here's the deal... I am autocrossing the car alot more now and I am ready for new tires in the front. I have been understeering with 255s on the front and 275 out back, so I am wondering would it be wierd if I had a 275 up front on the 17 and the 275 18 in the rear? I know it would take care of my understeer problem, but I just think it might look odd. Usually when you have staggered diameters you also have narrower tires in the fron than the rear. I don't know, what do you think?

Which tires are you running?
