TT2 Question

I know the TT2s are polished, so how hard are they to keep up?

Re: TT2 Question

I have polished wheels and they aren't that bad to keep up. I usually give them a good polishing with Maguire's Billet Aluminum polish every 2 months or so and they stay shiney. Granted it does take a lot of work at the time, but it's not that bad.

Re: TT2 Question

If you've previously owned chrome, you will consider them somewhat difficult to keep shining like new, but it's not all that bad, as long as you keep them clean/polished and don't slack off. The key is never letting them get dingy.

Re: TT2 Question

It seems the spokes of TT2 wheels are made of a lower quality material. I've had problems making the spoke portions look as good as the wheel lip or even other parts I've polished. But, I have seen pics of others TT2 wheels that look nearly like chrome so who knows... maybe I just don't spend enough time on them

Absolutely not. They're not that heavy either.
