torque on draglite wheels?

torque on draglite wheels?

may sound like a dumb ? but i haven't had 2-piece aluminum racing wheels before. what tq would you guys suggest that i tighten my Weld Draglites down to? the way they flex when you tighten them kinda scares me to tighten them too much! this is for a footbrake drag car that will run mid 7s on motor in the 1/8th and high 6s on spray. thanks

Nice attitude..... that will get you a lot of help around here.

I'll make it simple.... e-mail Weld customer support. That's where I got the number I use for my Welds.

i called weld and they said for my application, 7/16" lugs, 75-85 lbs was recommended.
