Is this tire size alright? 245/50/16Z with 225/55/16H

I went to get some replacement tires. Mine were 245/50/16 and they replaced the front two with 225/55/16. They didnt have my size and mine were gonna get me killed really soon thats how bald they were plus one of them had a leak and had to be filled ever few day. They were used tires with great tread for 60 bucks instead of new ones for around 250.00

These are H rated and the back are Z rated. Question, are these alright temporarily for like a few months or am i risking a blowout or something?? I dont drive over 95mph anyway at the moment

That tire is acceptable on an 8.0" stock wheel, and has an outside diameter about the same as your stock tires. You should be OK. Just recognize that you are probably going to see a bit less grip on the fronts when cornering than you are used to with the wider/lower profile tires.
