Is this tire garbage now?

My Nitto 555's have at least 80% tread left and losing this one will really suck. Noticed a screw stuck in a very iffy spot, the shop I took it to said they can't fix it.

Is it done for? Or should I keep looking for a shop that might be able to patch it up?

If not, I'll just have to sell the other one from the rear. I got some new 315's for the back today. I can finally use my black zr1 wheels I bought months ago!

Already done

I was hoping to have an extra set so when my fronts wear out I could throw my old back tires on since the front zr1's are stock size. Having just one is completely useless. Just going to sell the other.

Thanks for the answer.

i work at a dealership and i would never plug that for a customer but. my buddy has a 240sxdrift car and we patch pluged a hole dead in the side wall with no prob get a patch plug and do it your self and you should haveno problem. all they are are just patches with a plug the sticks out the middle work every time but you have got to dismount the tire good luck man.
