Tire choices

Need a little help. I have a 2000 z28 with stock rims. Car came with 235/55/16's. I want to get 245/50/16's. Whats the difference? What will I feel ? how will the car sit and perform. there are more choices with the 245's.
I'm looking at General Altima tires. Seem to have a good rating...under 100 each. Some good reviews

Help !

PLEASE post a topic only once, and only on the correct forum. By posting it on the "Suspension, Chassis and Brakes" forum, people are going to end up wasting their time giving answers you already may have received on the other forum.
