Because i saw a set of 315's on a buddies cobra, and they had a big flat spot in the middle where there wasnt any grooves or anything. and the ones in the pictures dont have that, but maybe they are just alot skinnier and the widder they get the widder the flat spot got. and they werent just worn out either.

 

Well they did just change the tread style not to long ago, maybe it was the old ones?
