hey guys im buying some sportline lowering springs from eibach and i have stock springs on there now with 17x11 zr1 wheels will these springs be a clearence problem onece its lowerd does any one have these springs with the same type of size wheels???should i have any problems with these springs???thanks

 

Which ZR1 wheels.... 36.5mm offset, or 50mm offset?

yes and I had to make further adjustments like making my own bump stops the are screw adjustable and roll the fenders and tuck them which they still rub with the pro kit on hard bumps but is ALOT better. They are not made to fit nicely on a lowered car, either offset. Just go with the pro kit and you will be alot happier, plus the sportlines bounce worse than a honda with Matrix brand coilovers, the pro kit has a great ride when used with adjustable shocks. I have kyb's and set 6 in front and 5 in back.

what are you talking about? they werent "made" to fit nicely on a lowered car. I've ran many sets of 17x11 wheels. I've also ran 17x11 50mm ZR1s. I've had both prokits and sportlines. Why did you even mess iwth the bump stops. Raise the car FROM THE REAR DIFFERENTIAL. you will have no problems. With sportlines the fenders will need to be rolled and you will likely have to do the BFH mod. When I had a prokit. I didnt need to roll the fenders. but it will vary from car to car...

What do you mean by raising the car by the rear differential?

 

if you need to jack up the car, do it by the diff. if you use the pinch weld on the side, the rim will get hung up on the bump stop if you dont cut away the part that needs to be removed
