I believe these wheels are made by an engineering firm named Morxchn. The offset for a 17x9.5 wheel should be 56mm. They also have the staggered sizes available as you were looking for. They have chrome finished wheels also. I also have seen some of these chrome wheels with the rivets and they look the best by far.
