just put these Toyo Proxes on my 1995 z28, on the stock wheels - they are v rated (ie up to 149 mph), with a very good looking and very 'grippy' tread pattern - they drive great, and I have got alot of comments on them - they are also reasonably priced compared w/other performance tires

something to think about as an option for those w/stock wheels
