Recommend me some tires.

Right now I have 245/50zr16 on the rears on 16" stock salad shooters. Everytime I punch it they sit there and spin. I want something that is going dig in and go when I tell it to. The tread seem decent on the futuras that I have but just seem to spin way to easy, and in a race, that's the last thing you want to do is sit there spinning while the other guy takes off.

What should I put on there?

I have a 95z28 stock lt1, I like the look of the tires, and the fronts look like they still have some miles on them, but would like to switch out the backs with something that bite.

Thanks for any help you can give me!

Robert

Oh, and this is for street, I don't take it on the strip.

tirerack.com for research. Check the reviews.

Hard tires spin easy, but soft tires spin easy when cold and dirty too.
