So the bridgestone potenza (245/50/16) on my 95 z 28 are starting to look sad and need to be replaced within the 5000 miles.

What tires are gonna give me good milage and a good ride. And what should i avoid. The bridgestones were ok and gave me good service but is there any better options?

we just put some fuzion zri's (275-40-17) on replica z06 rims (17 X 9.5)on the kids 93 z28 today.
for the price ($112 each) it seemed like a good deal from tire rack. the reviews for this tire on the tire rack site convinced me on these tires. time will tell.
