Need some help with rear welds 15x10

Ok guy just installed the 3" studs, i have the weld nuts and 5/16 spacer as well for the rear...

when i put the 15x10 with Hosser 28x10.5x15 on the rear WOW i am just about hitting everything back there

Is there a good step buy step to get these to fit right with pics.....need some help here guys..

I put the QTP 28x11.5-15's in the back, no spacers, and they didn't hit anything. The rear wheel wells had already been hammered for 315's though, so that might have helped. My jounce bumper bracket had already been cut back, and the body had been perfectly centered over the rear axle with an adjustable panhard rod. I did not use the 5/16" spacer in the rear, but I did grind the fins off the calipers.

Where exactly are they hitting? Both sides the same?
