Well I bought a bad *** set of Colorado custom wheels & the offset is to much the wheels stick out of my wheel well like 3 inches so I want to have them re set the center forward more for more offset , colorado customs can do it for $700.00 just not sure & I dont have an extra $700.00.

Colorado customs called it re hooping!!

Is it a three-piece wheel? If it is, I suppose that what you're talking about is replacing the inner and outer rims to reduce the ammount of offset (or size of the wheel).

Do you need all four wheels re-done? If so, $700 sounds about right, because they'd have to give you all new parts for your wheels, and when you add the labor to that...

Either that, or I have no idea what you're talking about

re-hooping one of those billet wheels, the manufacturer just cuts the hoop (rim/ring) off the center and re-welds a new hoop on.
the only place that it could be done is probably Colorado Customs (exact manufacturer).
