Unhappy need help!! Rear ABS Wheel Wont Come Off

i was getting ready to put my new ws6 wheels on,when i tried to remove my rear wheels and they wont come off , i ve only had this car for about a year so i never had to remove the back wheels. i think the wheels came off of like a 97 or newer and were forced on by the previous owner..any ideas on how to get the wheel removed ???

Common problem, if the previous owner didn't take the time to enlarge the hub hole in the rear of the 97+ wheels.

Try getting some leverage behind the tire, using a prybar against the subframe or some "solid" part of the wheel well (jounce bumper bracket????). Pry against the tire, rotate the wheel 1/8th turn, pry again, and keep doing this until they start to come loose.

You're lucky the interference fit did not crack the wheel center.

You can hit the inner lip of the rim with a good sized sledge and really not cause any damage. I've done it to steelies even and haven't caused any damage. Those were rusted on rims so it might be a little different but should work just the same.

sit on your *** and just kick the tire with both feet.

or just slowly wiggle the wheel back and forth
