My Camaro rims on an Impala?

I have 20 " IROC rims that I'm selling. A buddy of mine wants them for his 2008 impala originally j thought it was the same bolt pattern but Camaros are 5X120 and I believe his was 5x115- so this would be a problem right?

Re: My Camaro rims on an Impala?

Obviously you can't directly bolt a wheel with a 4.75" (120.65 mm) bolt circle on a hub with a 115 mm (4.53") bolt circle.

The possible solution would be an adapter that bolts to the 115 mm bolt circle hub, and provides a new set of 4.75" bolt circle studs.

Whether this will work will depend on the offset of your wheels vs. the required offset of the Impala wheels (which I have no idea about). This would have to provide sufficient tolerance to allow the insertion of the adapter, which I would assume would to equivalent to adding a spacer of at least 0.75" thickness.

Then you would have to check for the availability of the specific adapter.
