KDW-2's

Are KDW-2's as good and sticky of a tire as some say?

What is your opinion on them?

Debating on some new tires...

Thanks!

I think they suck because they don't make them in 275-40-17.

I love mine. They hook very very well on the street and feel confident in the rain which is something thats always nice since its a daily driver. They are a bit expensive but to me they were well worth it. I have 295's on mine but only on the back.

I love mine as well Good Dry Traction, and they allow me to drive the car in the rain if needed...... 275/35/18s in rear, 245/40/18s out front

But keep in mind they only come in 18"+ Sizes... It's the original KDWs that are the smaller sizes

I see they make my tire sizes for front and rear finally. How are they in the rain?

I got caught in 45 Min Thunderstorm all they way home one day, and no issues at all.... Although I never punched it past 1/2 pedal or launched from a dig in the rain, just to be safe, but they never really spun at 1/2 throttle jabs while moving or light launches

Basically if you drive normally, you'll have zero issues in the rain

Thank you. I do drive normally, and occasionally the standing water on the road makes it very difficult for me and my Eagle's to have any control over which way we go. On the interstate today I was in an almost-constant hydroplane, it was horrible. The tires have a fine tread on them, too.
