All possible tire sizes for 96 camaro

I want to get some g-force kdw-2's from costco, but they dont have the size that i currently have on my car. I currently have a 96 SS with 275-40-17. What other size tires will fit on all corners. As far as i know the ride height is stock

Thanks,
Greg

Well, you could get some 245/45/17's, but it'll probably look/handle like crap. There may be other combinations that come close, but they will most likely require you to recalibrate your speedo. IMHO, it's just not worth it, unless these things are close to free.

Tire Rack will sell you your correct size tire in a KDW (not sure about the "2") for $155/ea. If CostCo is beating that even for a thinner tire, I would be highly surprised. Even if they can beat it, I would shop around. Just about every place around here will match TireRack's price plus shipping with a fully installed tire. I can't belive that CostCo is just that great of a deal that you would sacrifice the looks/handling that came stock with your SS.

285's will fit all around on a 9.5" rim and if you get 17*11 rims on all four corners you can fit 315's.
