How accurate are TQ sticks for the impact??

How accurate are TQ sticks for the impact??

Yeah, kind of a spin off... Just out of curiosity.. I used to use them at the dealer for tightening down the wheels on new vehicles. I may pick one up for mine.

THe TQ sticks you can use on the Impact... 90 ft/lbs 100 ft/lbs... etc..

always good to hand torque them. torque sticks just help keep the impact of the gun low so you dont over tighten

^ That's what I thought.. Like an extension on an impact impairs the overall power of the gun..

I think they are pretty accurate, I will go over the lugs with an impact and torque stick. Then I follow up with the 1/2 torque wrench and they are all pretty close to dead-on.
