Assuming you just want to bolt them on and go, no, they won't fit.

FYI:
- The widest wheel you can fit in front is 9".
- Opinions vary, but a lot of people (myself included) think that an 18" wheel is too big on a 4-th gen F-body.
- The rear will accommodate an 11" wheel with some minor modification.
- $950 is probably a pretty reasonable price for Corvette wheels and tires, depending on exactly which wheels and exactly which tires.

9.5's fit fine in the front. I've seen people running 11's for auto-X. There's a post on here, or in the Appearance forum with 10's on all 4 corners, and they don't look bad.

I'm under the impression that anything larger than 9" in front will rub when you steer to full lock. Is this not the case?

it all depends on your tire size and the offset and backspacing of your wheels.

Let's assume you don't screw up the steering geometry by altering the wheel's centerline.

I've been running 17x9.5's in the front for 13 years, with no problems at all, except when the front end was down 1.8". Then the 17x9.5" 49mm offset wheels caused the inner plastic fender liners to rub at full lock. But at stock ride height, with the correct offset, there is no rubbing at all. As long as you keep the offset in the range of the stock wheels (55mm for the base 16x8's, and 50mm for the WS6/SS 17x9's) you are not moving the wheel centerline appreciably, and steering will not be affected.
