help with new wheels

Well I finally have enough money to buy new wheels and tires for my 95. So sick of the stock salad shooters. I want to get something 17x9.5 but i want the width to extend 1.5" out to the fenders, not inside, because I dont want any problems with rubbing. Just give me a good idea of what backspacing i should go with, and since itll be sticking out more there will be a diff offset with the lip.
