good cheap z-rated tires?

hey, can anyone tell me what you think would be good?
i'm looking for good quality, cheap z-rated tires for the salad shooters i'm gonna be getting
i don't need insane amounts of traction, just something that will last a little bit (i know, it won't last too long since it's z-rated) and get me somewhat good traction
don't drive in the rain much so that really isn't too big a deal
thanks in advance guys

How much are you looking to spend?

Cooper Cobras are like $100 per tire and I think Sumitomos and Kumhos are around there too.

The tires in my sig. were $129 each and they're worth it.

Good, cheap Z rated tires

When I bought new 17 inch rims, I did not want to spend $1000.00 to $1200.00 on tires because I went with 275/40/17 and 315/35/17. I bought some Sumitomo HTRZ's. I am really pleased with them. They have good tread profile and and are very reasonable on price. I bought mine through Tire Rack, so you might want to check on them. I don't know if it is still true, but when I did some research on the Sumitomos, I found that they were actually made by Dunlop.

I am very happy with my Sumitomo HTRZ-II so far ( Check this review out ), but I might go with Wanli S1099's this next time. (280 treadwear rating seems the same for Kumho, Sumitomo, Wanli, Hankook)

I would avoid Nankang because their treadwear ratings seem to average quite a bit lower.
