Fitment Issues

I am interested getting the Weld Pro Star or Drag Lite wheels. I would like to run as wide as I can on the rear without the use of spacers. I don’t mind a little grinding. I like the 15x10 and have read that everyone goes with the 7.5 backspacing. Will that work without spacers? Can I just grind a little and it work? Also, I want to go with 15x7 up front at the MINIMUM. I am leaning more towards 15x8. Just not sure on the backspacing for a perfect fit. Keep in mind this is for looks only. This car sees the track maybe 2x a year and maybe 4 passes on each visit. I can get the stock wheels widened to 16x10 for $200 a piece but, but then I am very limited on tire sizes. The only one I have found so far is the Goodyear Radial T/A tires. If I got them widened then I could go with a 295/50/16 on the stock wheels. Then of course the stock 16x8 would be great for the front. Also would I need studs for the rear if I did go with the 15's? Again I have found that some do get new studs (I have no idea what size)? Any and all inputs would be greatly appreciated.
