Hard to believe you did a search and didn't find the answer.... I have answered the same question numerous time on this forum.
That said, haha, 17x9.5" 56mm front, 17x11" 50mm rear.

Re: Fitment for 17x11s and 17x9.5s?
Whether they fit without rubbing seems to vary quite a bit from car to car... maybe its the build tolerances or something. I had to cut the corner of the jounce bumper off, hammer the inside fender liner and recenter the body with an adjustable panhard rod. Others do "nothing", although its hard to understand how they are avoiding cutting the jounce bumper bracket. You can leave it there and hope anyone who jacks the car knows the rear axle can't go to full drop without catching the bracket on the inside edge of the rim.

I see you have a Z. They may stick out a little, but on the Pontiacs they fit pretty good.

The rear fenders are wider on the birds. If you notice a 275 tire looks better on the back of a camaro than it does on a Pontiac. That's why I got the 315's

i had em, and they didnt stick out any... except at the bottom of the bumper here are some pics, sorry they are so big.
