Found a pretty good deal on a wheel/tire package on e-bay and the tires are the Falken Z rated. When I looked them up, they compareable in price to the Khumos and are supposedly rated pretty good. I know that sears sells them...does anyone have any experience with them and if so; would you recommend them?

 

Used to have em on my old eclipse. Couldn't tell you about about traction issues from horsepower bc the car didn't have much but they were fun around corners that's for sure

 

I had Falken Ziex 502's in the back of my LT1 and I wasn't too impressed with them. Quite noisy and quite poor wet traction.

But that's just me and my experience.

I have Falkens all the way around (255 in front, 275 in rear) and I think they are great. 14K miles and still very little road noise.

 

I have Falkens and they are doing pretty good. Wet traction is okay, dont hear any road noise. Traction at the strip was decent. I think i got mine from discounttire.com. Around 200 bucks a piece for 285/18s shipped.

 

i love my falkens.. the newest ones out with the two aqua ribs are awesom all around tires.. i will only use falken and mt for as long as can..

 

I run 275/40/17 gr-betas in the front (kumho mx's in the rear) and after 5 autox days and daily driving the Falkens are holding up great.
