I plan on buying some pro stars or drag lites this week and was wondering which size drag radials some of you guys are using. I am putting a 4:11 gear in also. If anybody has some pics of there cars with those rim I would like to see them.

Damn bro im in the same sit. Im doing pro stars 15x8's and wanna run Nittos drag radials. What size should we go with? and i second with him about the pictures.

 

275/50/15

 

i have 15x8 drag lites and use mt et street drag radials 275/60r15 i had an issue about right rear tire rubbing but air bag fixed it

 

adjustible panhard will fix it the right way...need to make sure the rear is centered under the car

 

A 275/60-15 rubs because it is a 28" diameter tire. I supect the fender sat down on the tire when the body squatted on launch. That's why the air bag helped. You need some short gears to run 28" tires.... not sure if they will be the best selection for key3... maybe OK with the 4.11's???? The 275/50-15 is the same as the stock tire diameter.

Go with the 275/50/15s unless you're running some sort of power adder.
