ok i have done some research and i am going to be getting c6 wheels and im going to put them on my 94 z28 i have ebeach springs on the car. now there are rims on the car now that came on it when i bought it they are 18s in the front and 19s in the back. so if i already have 19s in the back will i need to get wheel spacers or will it fit?

Are they the OEM "factory" C6 wheels? If so, you need rear spacers, as outlined in the post "stickied" at the top of the "Wheels and Tires" forum listing, which I already pointed out to you:
