Guess I'll have to get off my lazy a$$ and contribute. A couple of thoughts:

We need suggested topics.... what questions do you want to see in the FAQ?

Its going to "belong" to everyone. If you have something that you can contribute, tell one of us about it. I'll help with writing it up, and you will get personal credit for your contribution.

One area that needs work is "photos". Brent already has a great Appearance page with all sorts of wheels on 4th Gen 'birds and Camaros. But what we really need is links to pictures, WITH the tech specs for the wheels - what wheel diameter, wheel width, offset and tire size?

Post your thoughts in this thread, including any suggested topics, writeups or sources for tech info, and links to the picture (but ONLY with the tech info attached). Then one of us can tranfer it to the "sticky".

This can be a baluable source of info, but only if we get input from a lot of people... it isn't going to work if it becomes "Brents" FAQ, or "Injuneer's" FAQ. I know nothing about 3rd Gen wheels. Who's out there that has the facts? Skulte Designs seems to have some good info on 3rd Gens.... would it be worth soliciting some info from him?

LOL!

I purposely didn't put anything in the stick thread about offsets and stuff because I know you have a TON of that info... was waiting for you on that one!

Absolutely! I hope I didn't give the impression in the stuck thread that it wasn't going to belong to everyone with the ability for everyone to contribute. I stuck the contact info in there for you, me, and Jason. Do you think I need to make that stand out more? If so, feel free to fix/make it better!

Did you see the start I have on that under the section for "what works on a 4th gen" (or something like that. LOL!)? It does need a LOT of work but if people want to send me the information, I'll commit to updating that page in a timely manner (haven't updated it in a couple years. DOH!) from here on out if people would send over the info! Especially need info on the 18, 19, and 20" wheels since those are the least common and seem to have the most questions.

Good idea! I should add this after our emails to give people the option of posting the info rather than emailing

Yeah, the downside here is that we are 4th gen guys. I also no nothing about 1st - 3rd gen stuff. I'll try to stress more that while it appears to be a 4th gen faq, it is really a 1st - 4th gen faq but just is lacking info for gens 1 to 3.

Now get off your lazy a$$ Fred and get typing.
