Correct offset?

I am wanting to run some 17x11 zr1's with some 335/35s on the back. Whats the best offset to run so the tire isn't hanging way out past the fender? I know that Ill have to do some bashing on the inner fender lip.

look up Zr1's on ebay. there are two offsets 36mm and 56mm. the 56mm offset is what you want. on my car you can not tell there are 315's under there unless you look from the rear!!

The offsets for the 17x11 ZR1 is 38.5mm, and the offset for the 17x11 ZR1/GS offset is 50mm. Its all covered in the FAQ. The only difference between the Camaro and the Firebird is that the Firebird rear fenders have a bit more bulge to them. The 38.5mm wheel will stick outside the fenders a bit on the Firebird, and a bit more on the Camaro. The 50mm offset will just barely tuck under the edge of the fender, when looking straight down from above. Again, there are photos in the FAQ.

As far as the 335 tire, as I mentioned in my PM, you're on your own. There are a couple of people here who have put them on 4th Gen's, but I'm not sure how they managed to fit them in there.
