Chrome or silver ZR1s? Please post pics

I'm debating between chrome and silver ZR1/SS wheels. Would you please post some pics to help me decide?

I just want to say what a great login name you got!! it's awesome. I think only people with trailer queens should have chrome wheels. I think silver looks better.

Which one is better depends on the color of your car, too.

Pics of mine are in the sig.

I asked this same question a while back. IMO it depends on the color of your car. Metallic or white cars need painted rims. Dark colored cars look better withthe chrome.

Polished. It won't peel like chrome and it will shine almost as brilliant.

good point, but has anyone ever had their chrome rims clearcoated, as to potentially protect the finish? my friend did it with his polished wheels ended up being well worth the money spent. just a thought...

Yeah I get lots of compliments... Alot fo peopel told me to go with chrome when I was looking at rims... I was going to keep a stock style rim something simple like a 5-star, I like a suttle clean look on my car. I was looking at regular 16x8 5-stars, painted and chrome, chrome ones were like $500-600, and I got the Zr1s, used off a local guy for $400 pickup, I figure I will go with painted to upgrade to 17X9.5 over 16x8s. They were in great shape, they were GM originals and had like 15k on them.

I zainoed them up in january(I reccomend for any rim) and they stay pretty clean, I haven't used any chemicals to clean them other then normal car wash water, when I wash my car since. I have put ~8k on them.
