I am confused I have a choice between 17x10 wheels with 275/40/zr17s will these fit all the way around with no rubbing, and how will my turn radius be affected.2nd question my other option is 18x8 or 18x9 with 245/40/zr17s I,d appreciate it guys looking to get the boydcoddington smoothieIIs,so my main question is will any of these fit all the way around,I,d appreciate it thank you.

There are people running 17x11's with 315/35's on all 4 corners, so they will fit. But they will ONLY fit correctly, and not rub if the wheels have the correct offset.

If you get the correct offset, maintaining the centerline of the tire relative to the longitudinal axis of the car, it shouldn't affect steering radius at all.

Since you seem to be going around in circles on this one, I'll offer a suggestion. For a 17x10" wheel, try and find as close to a 50mm offset as you possibly can. Now... a warning: That's based on a calculation spreadsheet I have for comparing wheel width/offset combinations. To do the calculations, you need to make some assumptions on the width of the flange that holds the tires on the rims (that number X2, gets added to the width of the wheel). In the front, with a 17" wheel, I wouldn't go any more than a 7.4" backspace, or the inner edge of the wheel is going to be too close to the steering knuckle. In the back, there is a lot more lattitude.... you could fit a wheel with a 7.75" backspace with no hammering, as long as you didn't go nuts on the tire size.

So..... look for wheels with the offset and backspace that I gave you, and they should fit, but only the wheel manufacturer can tell you the exact backspace of his wheels.
