Can I replace the lip on an Enkei Win wheel?

Can I replace the lip on an Enkei Win wheel?
I bought a set of 17x9.5's some time ago and love them. The centers are powdercoated with the polished lip. About a week ago, one started not holding air along the front lip. I notice a small dent where it wasn't holding air. I have tried rubber cement and didn't work. Was wondering if I could just replace the lip since it was a three piece wheel? If so, I would replace them all so that they would look new again and repowdercoat the centers.
Give me some options.

It is possible, however Enkei doesn't make any more of these rims, and doesn't have any idea where to get them from since they haven't been made for 8 years (I have the same problem, but my rim is worse, and I talked to Enkei about it). Your best bet is to call a wheel repair specialist, who can fix it for somewhere around $100. Or you can buy one of mine (I'm selling the car).
