What you have provided are the tire sizes, not the wheel sizes. And those are not the stock rear C5 tire sizes. They were 275/40-18.

Stock C5 wheels were 17x8.5" front, 18x9.5" rear.

The 275/35-18 tire will fit correctly on an 18x9.5" wheel, preferably with a 45-56mm offset. A stock (factory) C5 18x9.5" wheel will have a 65mm offset. It will "fit" but will sit a bit deep in the wheel well, due to the large offset. A 245/45-17 tire will fit correctly on a 17x8.5" wheel, with a 45-50mm offset. Again, the stock (factory) C5 wheel has a 58mm offset, and will sit deep in the front wheel well.

You might want to consider a 285/35-18 tire for the rear.

While the wheels have the correct bolt pattern, in order to fit the Corvette rear wheels over the over-sized axle hubs on the 93-96 F-Body, you may need to lightly sand the inside diameter of the hub hole in the back of the wheel.

when you guys talk sanding of the hub are you talking hand sanding or with a hand grinder or orbital sander? and how much would you pay for 4 wheels silver and tires with 60% tread?

There is a round hole in the back of the wheel. You can hand sand the edges (inside diameter) of the hole, or use a dremel. The amount that has to be removed is about the thickness of a sheet of paper.

Check out the thread I just posted. Got C5 wagon wheels installed a few hours ago. They look good....to me, anyway.

I didn't need to sand the hubs at all, because I installed 1.25" spacers on the rear, from skulte performance. I have a thread about those, as well. I chose the spacers, because the C5 wheels have about 1" greater backspacing, so the wheels would be a little closer to the inner wheel well than I want them. So, this gives me the clearance I had with stock wheels.
