Bolt-circle
That is right on the bolt pattern - I can't remember what the backspacing you need for a rim that size would be...something like 3" if I remember correctly...or maybe I am thinking of the backspacing for a 3" wide wheel.
If noone beats me too it, I will try and remember to look at a book I have.

Weld only makes 15x3.5" (1.75" BS) and 15x4" (2.25" BS) in the drag wheels like the Pro-Star and Draglites. With those wheels, you need a 5/16" spacer, so the wheels will clear the big horizontal bar on the steering knuckle that supports the brakes, and the spring clips on the brake pads. Once you go to the spacer, you need longer wheel studs to be NHRA legal. I have the 15x3.5's on the front, 5/16" spacer and 2.67" studs.
Backspacing does not affect the need for spacers.... its the center disc and the knuckle where it turns over to meet the rim that interferes.
If you are looking for a narrow wheel for street radials in the front, for a "skinny" look, you aren't going to find anything narrower than a 15x6.
