Bogarts or Prostars???

I am looking to get some 15x10 and 15x3 rims for my car and can't decide on what to go with. Are the bogarts the only ones that don't require you to grind the calipers??? How much work is actually involved in getting prostars to fit???

Right now my calipers are painted but if I have to grind them down and repaint them I don't think it will be that big of a deal.

Re: Bogarts or Prostars???

There are posts in the FAQ, "stickied" at the top of the Wheels and Tires topics page, detailing the install of the Weld Pro-Stars and the Bogarts.

I just saw a post on another site that indicated a guy had bought the Mickey Thompson drag wheels, although the 15x10's are only available in a max backspace of 6.5".

You want a 15x3.5" for the front.

EDIT: See also the Centerline Telstars, and a reference to the Centerline Convo-Pro's in this thread:

Thanks. I just read through all of that and I think for the price the Prostars are the way to go. Even though a little more work is needed.
