BFGoodrich Traction T/A VS Falken 512

Tires would be for a Grand AM GT--225/50/16

Both are V-rated and both are real close in price.

The BF has a better treadwear rating. 440 VS 360. Both are AA traction.

But I have heard great things about Falkens. BFGoodrich has always struck me as kinda cheap. Of course the only ones I bought were just regular T/As years ago.......

what do you think?

i have the bfg traction t/a's on my car got about 3k miles on them so far. i'm very pleased with them so far very quiet and nice ride as compared to goodyears and other stuff i had before. traction is great even in rain and snow. i'll probably go with them again when this set wears out. if you're concerned about looks they dont look as directional as a lot of tires do but i like that it doesnt stand out to everyone. the sidwall construction is pretty nice, and they actually meassure what bfg says unlike some of the other tires i've used.

Just bought a set of the BFG Traction TA for my 00 Camaro. Very pleased with them.
