What I have is the following Package: 2 - 18 x 10 1/2 and 2 - 18 X 9 x 5 - 4 3/4 American Racing Polished Torque Thrust II Rims, 2 - 275/35/ZR18 G-Force T/A KDW Tires, 2- 245/40/ZR18 G-Force T/A KDW
This setup is perfect for Firebirds, WS6 Trans Am's, and Camaro's as they were going on my 2002 WS6 Trans Am that I have Sold but will work on many other GM cars as well. They have been sitting for almost a year

Did you mean 18X9.5?
If you have stock suspension, I don't see why they wouldn't fit. But I would try asking the question in the Wheels and Tires forum.

the rim/tire size should fit just fine...but its the backspacing and offset that really determine the fit.

so who knows

Confusing post - Are you offering those wheels for sale, or is what you posted a quote from someone offering to sell the wheels to you??????

If you are asking if they will fit your car, the question should have been posted in the Wheels and Tires forum. If you are trying to sell them, they belong in the Marketplace.

To put those wheels on a 4th Gen, the 9.5" wide wheels will need an offset in the range of 40-56mm, and the 10.5" wide wheels will need an offset in the range of 45-50mm. I think most of the Torque Thrust II's are 45mm offset, but you have to verify that.

The tires are a bit on the narrow side for those wheel sizes... but are within the size recommendations of most tire manufacturers. I'd pick a 275/35 for the front and at least a 285/35 for the rear.
