Another wheel fit question

my name is jimi,i am jimizee028 off mostly efa.com,we own a bodyshop in dundalk called true colors,first of id like to thank all you guys for all the info i have gotten from all of yous at one time or another in the diagnosing,and repairing of my 93 Z28,when i look on these many websites for fbody related info i can get 10 different answers for the same question ,so i like to go to the ones that have experience and hands on true knowledge of the info i search for,so i come to you;
here is my question;i have a 1993 z28with wings west ground effects package and i am a week shy of ordering rims and tires for my car,i am 44 years old and still have tastes from the 70s and 80s and like the deep dish look in rims,i want to know if i can put 17x11 torque thrust 2s all around on my car,and what offsets would i need and what would be the best tire to go with in size,if there is altercations needed could you please specify,and if this cant be done or isnt worth the hassle i would still like to go with 11s in the back and 9.5s on the front would i keep the offsets the same on front and back or do they need to change ?hopefully you guys understand my questions and can help me ,i want to thank you in advance....... by the way in the link below mine is flamed one

Hey check out this link and scroll down a bit...There a section on fitment of 17x11s in the rear...I don't think you'll have much luck with 17x11s in the front, though...If you get the right offset, grind the bump stops and get an adjustable PHB to center the car over the wheels you'll be good...check out this link and scroll down.....
