295/35/18 on a 18x9?

i got 275/35/18 all the way around right now, i like the way the car sits as it is, tires are pretty flush with the rim..i'll be buying some bfg drag radial's soon, i was debating getting the same 275/35 drag radial, or going with a 295/35? but i also dont want that crazy bulge look, anyone got pics of a 295 on a 18x9?

Just my opinion, but the 295s are probably to much for a 9" wheel.

I currently have a 275/35/18 on a 10.5" (Z06) rim, and they're completely opposite ... no sidewall bulge at all!! (actually, they taper in ) But I agree that 295's on a 9" rim would probably bulge way too much ... my buddy has 265's on an 8" rim, and they bulge out pretty good, so 295 on a 9" is going to be the same proportion, or worse!

I run 285/35/18 on a 9.5" wide and they are just to the limit of beginning to bulge so 295 on a 9" rim is too much.

yea i have 9.5" wide wheels all the way around and i plan (when i need new tires) to go with 265's in the front and 285's in the rear

i had that with a bfg kdw2 because that was the smallest i could get it in on my 18's and it was just a bit wide on my 10". i would not put it on a 9"
