28x6 front 30x11.5 back help!!!

where can i buy new coil springs to lift my ta so this will fit? Are there any other things i have to do? I have heard people rolling the qtr's but i would really hate to do that.

Raising the body won't help you... unless you make it look like a Monster truck.

Why would you select those wheel/tire sizes? I've only seen 29.5" slicks on a 1,325HP 30th SS, and he had the entire rear fender cut up extensively and refinished by a body shop. The NHRA "stock" class guys run those tires, but they also do extensive body work.

IMHO, the upper limit is a 28" in the back. I had 28" QTP's and had to relocate the rear axle to prevent interference when the tire started to grow at trap speeds over 125MPH. Going to a 28x10.5-15W ET Drag required about 1.5" cut off the front of the bumper cover to fit it in. Don't forget, the diameter of a slick grows a lot as trap speeds go up.

28" ET Drag with bumper cover cut about 1/2" (not enough).

29.5" ET Drag, with "some" body work - It took even more than that when the trap speeds went over 160MPH

well the 255/50/16 look stupid on there what size do you think would be best for a extreme look without any body mods just springs

26x4.5-15 front, 28x11.5-15 rear
